纵观全国的高考试题，无论是自主命题的省份，还是全国统一命题的省份，生物遗传与变异都是必考内容，一直为高考命题的热点。本文就以20全国各地高考试题为例，对生物遗传与变异这一部分内容进行归纳、分析，以期对考生朋友能有所帮助。考查学生对基本概念、原理的理解能力

（一）选择题：在选择题中，考查对概念理解能力的知识点小，但涉及面广，要求考生能以小见大。

1．（年江苏理综）在有丝分裂和减数分裂的过程中均可产生的变异是（多选）

ADNA复制时发生碱基对的增添、缺失或改变，导致基因突变

B．非同源染色体之间发生自由组合，导致基因重组

C．非同源染色体之间交换一部分片段，导致染色体结构变异

D．着丝点分裂后形成的两条染色体不能移向两极，导致染色体数目变异

日前，全国高考考试大纲出炉，在第6页最底下一行，用比正文小一号的字体写着“每一个错别字扣1分，重复的不计”。高考这一条新变化“语文试卷每写一个错别字扣一分”受到各方关注，都市时报综合了湖北省实验中学语文备课组高级教师李玲、武汉武昌区教研室语文教研员张银华老师等名师，就各科考纲进行解读，谈变化提备考建议。

作文命题关注雪灾等热点

“阅读部分”学生应该从整体上把握文章的特点、语言特色。不要只抓住文章重要的段落，重点句子，要从大局把握整体。尤其是评论类的古诗文应该知道某些鉴赏术语。

写作方面，湖北省历年来的出题都比较新颖，同时与社会生活联系紧密。学生备考时，要关注社会热点话题，比如抗雪灾等内容。这些年，作文题目非常强调时代性和学生个性。现实生活中要学习积累材料，关注生活中的热点。比如感动中国十大人物、荆楚十大人物等题材都可以很好的利用。同时要重视书写的规范性。

“错字扣分”有3种可能

该要求打了条横线放在最下面，有3种可能：一种是自主命题的省市自行选择是否在全卷扣分，一种是没有硬性规定，可以不用扣分，还有一种是只在作文中扣分。过去高考的"考纲对错别字扣分没有明文规定，却有关于错别字的试题。但是，在作文评分细则中有不成文的规定，每错3字扣一分。

现在小学更关注动口动手，开始弱化认字，忽视基础知识的培养。而中学阶段过分依赖电脑，错别字、病句、标点不规范的比较多，这些对使用汉字有很大影响。据以往高考来看，学生在高考作文中因错别字失分较严重。

英语：增加240个词汇

和去年相比，今年英语考纲没有变化，只是在“语言运用”中，将“写作”改为“写作要求”，使得语句更规范。

不过，湖北英语科的补充说明相对去年而言有变化，增加了240个词汇。这说明了英语高考命题更加重视应用能力的考查，考生需要广泛阅读，提高单词量和阅读量。

数学：注重交叉点考查

与去年相比，今年的全国考纲没有任何变化，保持了稳定。从近年的高考试题来看，可分析出以下命题趋势。

重视基础，突出能力立意，着力内容创新。因此，平时复习时，学生可强化快速、准确地计算训练。解答题的后3题，对学生的能力要求较高。平时复习，应通过专题训练，了解高考命题特点和规律，感悟试题的思想方法和变形技巧。学生要学会从题干找出解题“入口”，以数学思想方法为指导，提高推理、运算的变形能力。

题型、题量和赋分值保持不变。近几年，高考对试卷结构、难度控制进行了细化，一直保持不变。其中，容易题难度系数在0.7以上，中等题在0.4至0.7之间，难题在0.4以下，试卷总体难度适中。

注重交叉点考查。从考纲补充说明的命题指导思想来看，自主命题一直以思维能力为核心，全面考查学生的各种能力，在新旧知识交汇点处考基础，在思想方法的交叉处考能力，在能力层次的交叉处出创新。记住规范答题，避免不必要失分。
